We consider your starting colour, hair condition, previous colour history and how often you want to maintain it before recommending the right approach.

Your colour package is built around your complexion, natural hair colour, lifestyle and how much upkeep you’re comfortable with.
From glossy brunettes and dimensional blondes to richer tones, root refreshes and bigger transformations, we’ll help create a result that feels flattering, wearable and very you.
We love a transformation, but not at the expense of your hair condition.
Before starting, we assess the strength and integrity of your hair and may recommend a more gradual approach if that will give you a better long-term result.
Where needed, nourishing treatments can also be incorporated into your colour plan to help support softness, shine and manageability.
You do not need to know the difference between every foil technique, toner or colour service before you make an appointment.
Bring your reference photos, tell us what you like and what you definitely do not want, and we’ll work out the most suitable way to get there.
For larger colour changes, bleach work or corrections, a consultation may be recommended first so we can assess your hair properly and set realistic expectations around timing, maintenance and results.

I’ve been a client of BDJ for the past few years – for good reason. Fin and the other ladies are so warm, generous with their time and experts in skin care. Whenever someone tells me I look much younger than my age, I tell them it’s because of my BDJ facials hehe.
Had a lovely consultation with Lurnae. We went over all my skin concerns and discussed health concerns that could be contributing to my skins condition. From there we did a cleanse and mask where I got to trial some of the products they recommended. They worked with my budget when offering services and products. They also wrote down all the information and recommendations which is really helpful for remembering!
