Skin needling works below the surface to stimulate collagen production and encourage gradual skin renewal, making it a versatile treatment for a wide range of concerns.
It may help improve the appearance of acne scarring, fine lines, enlarged pores, uneven texture, pigmentation, sun damage and general loss of firmness.
Rather than treating every skin the same way, we tailor the depth and approach to your individual concerns and the areas you want to improve.
Skin needling uses a professional microneedling device to create thousands of controlled micro-channels within the skin.
These tiny channels trigger the skin’s natural repair response, encouraging the production of collagen and elastin while supporting the renewal of the treated area.
Over time, this can help the skin appear smoother, firmer, more even and more refined.
The treatment also allows selected professional products to be incorporated into your session where appropriate, helping us customise the experience even further.
Every BDJ skin needling session includes more than the face alone.
We also treat the neck and décolletage and include a complimentary Healite II LED Light Therapy session to help calm the skin and support the recovery process.
Your treatment is selected and adjusted around your skin rather than performed using a one-size-fits-all protocol, allowing us to focus more closely on concerns such as scarring, texture, pigmentation or ageing.

For clients wanting a more comprehensive treatment, BDJ offers enhanced skin needling options incorporating DMK Enzyme Therapy or Synergie Skin Algizomes.
Synergie Algizome treatments combine skin needling with additional skin preparation and professional products, followed by Healite II LED Light Therapy to support recovery. BDJ also offers the option of combining needling with DMK Enzyme Therapy.
These upgraded treatments can be recommended when we want to place additional focus on hydration, recovery, skin condition or overall treatment results.

Had a lovely consultation with Lurnae. We went over all my skin concerns and discussed health concerns that could be contributing to my skins condition. From there we did a cleanse and mask where I got to trial some of the products they recommended. They worked with my budget when offering services and products. They also wrote down all the information and recommendations which is really helpful for remembering!
